QC-4000 Shrink Fit Machine

The QC-4000 heats and cools shrink-fit toolholders in under 90 seconds. This affordable yet power compact desktop-sized machine plugs into a single phase 220V outlet, making any shop capable of utilizing shrink-fit technology.

Using 4000W of induction heating power, toolholders are heated in under 20 seconds. 

Featuring a high-end contact cooling system, hot holders are cool to the touch in under 1 minute. No need to touch a hot tool.

All common tapers supported: BT30, CAT40, BT40, and HSK63A. Despite its small size and affordable price, large tool diameters up to 3/4" (20mm) can be heated.
