C4000 Shrink Fit Machine

The C4000 is a shrink-fit toolholder machine offering professional capability found in larger expensive machines for a price that any machine shop can afford. The machine heats and cools shrink-fit toolholders in under 90 seconds and plugs into an existing outlet.

With 4000W of induction heating power, toolholders are heated in under 20 seconds. Heating cycles use a button hold-to-heat method, ensuring toolholders are heated the minimum amount required to install/remove tools. 

Cooling is performed with a high-end contact cooling system. Hot holders are cool to the touch in 1 minute. No need to touch a hot tool. Contact cooling gently cools the toolholder and endmill with a water-cooled water block, eliminating the risk of warpage or carbide thermal shock. This system cools up to 200% faster than air blast systems in alternative machines.

All common tapers supported: BT30, CAT40, BT40, and HSK63A. Despite its small size and affordable price, large tool diameters up to 3/4" (20mm) can be used with this machine.
